Warranty & Service Contract Terms
1Implied Warranty. If the vehicle was bought from Driven Auto of Oak Forest within the last 15 days or 500 miles and the issue is covered, the customer pays only the $100.00 deductible. Driven Auto of Oak Forest covers the rest of the repair.
2Aftermarket Warranty / Service Contract. If covered under a valid third-party service contract, the customer pays only the deductible stated in their contract. Driven Auto of Oak Forest submits the claim on behalf of the customer.
3No Warranty. If no warranty applies, or the contract does not cover the diagnosed issue(s) or the diagnostic fee itself, the customer is fully liable for the $150.00 diagnostic fee and any additional approved repair costs.
4Teardown Authorization & Pre-Payment. Any repair requiring teardown or disassembly MUST be paid in full by the customer BEFORE work is initiated. No teardown begins without written approval and payment confirmation.
5Storage Fee Policy. Storage fees begin to accrue 5 days after the customer has been notified that work is completed.
